Here is our new Junior Black Belts that just graduated this past Saturday:

We have about 8 Adults and 4 Children Scheduled to test this August.  You know who you are!  Their names will be released soon!

Here is a copy of Master Riccardo's speech for the Black Belts who passed!  Very inspiring and wanted to share with you all:

Felipe, Emmett, and Xander,

On behalf of Mrs.Riccardo and I, We would like to congratulate you and give you high honor
for achieving Jr. Black Belt!

You have shown the Character and the Commitment to complete your course and we commend you.

It is such a privilege every time a student graduates as a Jr. Black Belt. We are very proud of you.

Now, you are at a crossroads, One that every Black belt has to face and is a important decision.

That is, will you become satisfied with your current level of achievement or will you be one of those rare individuals that will strive to become more than they are today.

Martial Arts is a lifestyle and you have completed the first phase of adopting the martial arts lifestyle.

After 25 years in my personal pursuit of this lifestyle I CAN HONESTLY SAY there are many peaks and valleys but one things remains the same. And this is it. Those who endure till the end will have victory.

Today is the day of victory for you... but is the race over or really has it has it just begun.

in today's society we have lost the desire to master something, instead we more bedazzled with the latest and greatest and the thing that seems to be the most exciting.

Unfortunately, what that is teaching us, is to follow opportunity not mastery, to be easily distracted instead of focused, and to be starters not finishers. What a shame.

My challenge to you Jr. Black Belts is enjoy your victory and then recognize that it you made it to the top of the mountain and now you have seen a new mountain to climb that is full of wonder, insights and powerful life lessons.

I hope I can be a part of your climb on the journey toward mastery!

Hello Victory Family!

Updates and Announcements

This Thursday we will have the following students test for Black Belt at 6PM:

Adults:
Frank Urso

Kids:
Emmett Lavin
Xander Kraus-Mcclean
Felipe Bascunan-Simone

Upon passing their ceremony will be this Saturday from 1:45 to 3PM!

If you know anybody that is interested in Martial Arts and MMA we will host a seminar at the Forest Park Location where they can come for FREE!
The address is 1401 S Circle Ave, Forest Park, IL. 60130.  This seminar is for 1st time beginners.

Progress Check is Next week Wed, Thur, and Make up is on Sat.
If you have a child at our Forest Park location and they are 8 yrs of age or older, they need to hand in their best list in order to move up in rank and test.
If they want to test on Wed, hand in the sheets before Tue.  If they want to Test on Thursday, hand in the sheets before Wed. 
They can bring in their sheets on that Sat to make up if they miss.

Molly Loves it Here!

                                       This is a picture of Molly ( my daughter) and Nikki
   after a haircut last week. Molly is showing off her
   mouse that she got for a great report card!

  Nikki is one of Orland Park Fit Kick Bootcamp members
  and our hair stylist. Dina, Molly and I all Love the way
  she does hair (well I don't have very much these days,
  but she does a great job of shaving it). Anyway, I was
  talking to Nikki (more like twisting her arm) to give our
  members a offer they can't refuse!

  Well, we are working on it and will have something that is
  outrageous next week! So be on the look out next week for
  a special offer from Nikki to get your hair done by a pro!
