Updates and Announcements

Combat Athlete (Competition Team) Applications are due tonight.
Tryouts are THIS coming Monday (Feb 16th) At our Orland Park location @ 7:00 PM sharp.

Sign up tonight for our JKD Workshop Seminar on Saturday February 21st @ 1-2:30 PM taught by our Chief Instructor Anthony Calderone.
Leadership and Black Belts Get a 1 hour bonus afterward!
This Seminar will be held at our Forest Park Location
1401 S circle Ave.  Forest Park, IL.

Sign up today at ONLY $20!  If you pay at the door its $30!
Leadership and Black Belts are $2 and Law Enforcement is FREE!

Progress Check will be on Wed the 25th, Thur the 26th and make up will be Sat the 28th.
if you have a child in our program and they are older than 8, make sure they hand in their Best list to get their stripe.
They will need this list along with the Intent to Promote sheet if they are moving up to the next belt.  They must hand in these sheets before the day they progress check!

JKD WORKSHOP SEMINAR

Saturday February 21st at our FOREST PARK LOCATION 1:00 PM-2:30 I will be teaching a seminar on The ABC's of Jeet Kune Do.
This is one seminar that you do not want to miss!  This should be attended by every civilian, and every law enforcement officers.

In this seminar I will be covering:
Common attacks and holds and how to easily escape them.
Defense against the knife and how to use a knife.
The concept of Defanging the snake.
One method that will change any ground attack on the street.
Injure to degree.  How to handle a resisting opponent.

What's the cost?  $20 before the 21st, $30 at door.  2$ for Leadership and Black Belts.  Law Enforcement is FREE so tell all the police officers you know how about this seminar.

This weeks updates!

The 1ST Black Belt Pre-Test is Thursday February 12Th @ 6:00 PM

Progress Check for this month will be Wed Feb 25Th and Thur Feb 26Th, and Sat Feb 28Th.
**NOTE:  For Children 8 and older must have their Best List or Intent to Promote sheets handed in to their instructor with their name on it no later than February 24Th to receive their stripe or next belt.  If you need copies please click here:
